How long does it take if you file a petition for your husband??

I have my wife and my daughter in HAYWARD,CALIFORNIA..My wife is only waiting for the sworn statement from our friends here in the phil. then after she recieve that she is going to file my petion. . . .So how long does take??She(MY WIFE) have stable job now and she is working for about a month now..

depends... if your wife is a permanent resident, it takes 5 years. if she's a citizen, it would take a year or two... since you're from the philippines.
