I'm a gothic model. I basically paid to be wear designer black clothes and i dont have to make myself throw up or be a size 0 although there is a catch. I'm expected to have my skin as pale as possible its no problem because im Irish but its a fairly new job and the makeup artist have been having to put paler makeup on my hands and forearms and my back. My manager said that i should try and get my skin perfectly pale and aim to have all by body match the color of my breast because its easy to compare the rest of my skin with and its never been exposed to the skin so much its darkened it. i've been using this thing called a spa cloth thats made for exfoliating and ive been scraping my skin it unit its all red. I've noticed my skin looks a shade lighter everyday after i use the cloth but i cant get my back. ( if i had a guy it would be different then he could do it for me but thats another issue...) So how long does it take to get completely new skin on the top layer so its perfectly pale.

  1. Well for starters i would cover up as much as i could when going outside, no matter how long you plan to stay out there (long clothing, SPF, hats)

I go to the tanning bed occasionally and it usually takes about 2 weeks for my fresh tan to go away, so to completely lose any color you have i would say it would take about a month or two.

make sure your not using a moisturizer with any "glow" to it, and as I'm sure you know darker hair and a lipstick that contrasts your skin will make your skin look paler.

I hope this helped, good luck with the modeling!!!
