Its a bit of a drag, as heathrow is way out sw and kings cross is central. have a look at the underground map to see if there is a better way for you to get there.

about 55 minutes on the tube on the Piccadilly line.

but much quicker f you get tube and train

get the hammersmith and city line from kings cross to paddington station which will take about 15 Min's then get the paddington/ heathrow express train from paddington directly to heathrow which will take about 15/20 Min's it doesn't stop at any stations it goes straight heathrow and is quite fast and not the expensive

i suggest you do what i suggest and get tube and train.
