How long does it take potatoes to expire?

I have this bag of potatoes that I bought like..... 2 months ago. Theres no expiration date on the bag, and they look fine, but are a little soft.

Are they ok to eat?

the only time they expire is when they turn mushy and black and they give off liquid. They have a long shelf life. I suggest putting it in the fridge and it will last even longer.

a lot of people throw them out when they sprout... but, that just means they are getting really ripe...

i dont think potatoes expire, sooz you can probably eat yours.

Potatoes last for a good bit more than 2 months. They'll be fine as long as you don't find anything nastty on them.
