How long does it take prescription drugs to show up in your urine if taking a drug test?

Let's say it's a persons first time ever taking it.

Please, no critical answers, I am asking for someone else.

It really depends on what it is you are taking, for example Paracetemol only stays in your system for maximum 6 hours where as I am taking migraine tablets wich are slow release and stay in my system for 12 hours, some meds might stay longer than 12 hours but not much I dont think, as I said depends what it is..
