How long does it take speak Spanish fluently?

I am already bilingual but I want to learn Spanish as a third language. How long do you suppose it will take? And do you any good websites or cheap CD to learn Spanish from?

I taught myself watching television, listening to music and reading.  6 months

If you have a strong desire, you could easily do it in half a year. If not, it could take forever. Just keep on practicing, tune your grammar, learn more vocabulary, watch Spanish-speaking TV, listen to Spanish-speaking radio, etc. If you keep on doing it, I'm sure you'll be able to speak Spanish quite quickly!
