How long does it take till you notice a diffrence in your figure?

im on a diet i have been eating very little portions every 3 hours

and i eat only healthy food ...

ive been working out for about an hour a day and sweating alot

ive been doing this for about a week and i still dont see a diffrence how much do i have to wait!!

  1. Make sure your eating enough nutritional food.. Dont make yourself feel hungry, just eat healthy. Exercise is where you should subract the amount of calories taken in.

    Also, you will never know unless you look at the scale. It is hard to know when your hard work will take effect because it is all a complex metabolic process. You'll notice it, just keep doing what you're doing and dont worry about it.


  2. Well every diet is different.  I did Weight Watchers for a year, and in the first 5 months I lost 22 lbs.  It takes time if you want to lose weight the healthy way.

    Drink lots of water, reduce your intake of breads and cheeses, eat low fat meat, lots of veggies, eat stuff that's whole grain with high fiber (because it's hard for the body to digest and goes right through you), and keep to your exercise routine.

    You can eat small portions, or you could eat a whole grain breakfast/yogurt, and for lunch a whole grain bread with some meat for lunch, veggies for snacks inbetween meals, and then a cup's worth of some carbohydrate for dinner, with 4 to 6 oz of meat, and veggies as a filler.  Use low fat dressings.

  3. 6 weeks before you notice anything drastic!
