How long does it take time to heal ?

This man , which is my ex boyfriend . we broke up it seems already 4 months but I still cant deeply forget him .

I got to recover a little , last time I used to got mad , when he came to talked to me in msn or even moblie messages but now , when he came and talked to me again , I doesnt feel anything ANYMORE , just like Im talking to my normal friend but when I see through his photos and I got to know he already got a girlfriend . I started to got mad again and keep on cursing his girlfriend .

how can I fully recover in everything ? I really hate this feeling . I dont wanna got stuck anymore , he fooled my relationship and he took my virginity , I real hate him but why , when I know he got to couple and I got so angry ? PLEASE HELP ME GET OVER EVERYTHING !

Listen, it will take time to heal.  That's the risk we all take when we fall in love, the other might not love us back or loss the love they had at first.  It took me over a year to get over my ex-husband cheating on me.  Don't listen to music that reminds you of him, avoid movies you watched together, give personal items like pictures or gifts or anything that reminds you of him to a close family member or friend.  It is only normal to go to withdrawal symptoms kind of like a drug.  You will suffer a little but take heart!! You are not going to die.  Work on yourself, on your language, your personality, be kind and loving.  Take up riding a bike or in line skating.  Keep yourself busy, before you know it you will meet the right one.  Don't look for the bad guy anymore, because that obviously what you did.  When your ready, find someone who loves you more.  In time, you will catch up to his love.  Remember, keep yourself busy busy busy.  Before you know it, you will get over it.  And last but not least, DON'T SLEEP WITH YOUR BOYFRIEND!! He will eventually lose respect for you.  Let him wait until marriage.  Everyone thinks this is old fashion, but those who do this remain married.  The new person will love you and will have greater respect for you.  Wait, it isn't going to kill you.
