How long does it take to apply/recieve certificate of naturalization...?

so y name on my social security and passport were different

and i couldnt get a drivers permit because of it

my middle and first name was switched around

and i need that certificate to change my social security name

so how long does the process take?

and its ok to have a slightly diff. name on passport and social security right?

i never had this cerificate b4 becuz my parents thought we didnt need it

and yes i am a citizen

It is Very important for all of them to have the exact name on them.  I am a third generation, and if they dont put III on my name, my grand father, father and son come up.  also my wife is from out of the country.  so she taught me that every thing has to be exact or they consider it fake sometimes.  as for the time give it like 4 to 6 weeks of when they actually get it. good luck
