How long does it take to be A+ and Net+ Certified?

Just like the title asks... how long does it take to be A+ and Net+ Certified? I have an employer who may want to hire me but states I would need those certifications within 30 days. Is that feasible? Is that remotely possible?

What do you know? What is your experience? Can you explain TCP/IP and subnetting? Can you troubleshoot and diagnose PC hardware problems? Have you read the books? A+ was easy for me, I had worked in the field for years. Network+ is also basic, these are both entry level exams.

That depends on YOU ! and your skill level I have had people that worked in the IT field for years and couldn't pass the A+ core basic  exam if they had the answers written on the pant leg and I have had others that passed it in no time A+ core basic is not that difficult but does take a broad knowledge Net+ is a bit harder , anyone tells you that you do not have to study is kidding them selves

I have had my A+ and NET + for years and still study from time to time
