How long does it take to be hired as a server at Outback Steakhouse?

I am looking to apply for an Outback Steakhouse near my location but it is already halfway through the summer and I wanted to know how long it would take to get hired as a server assuming that I pass all the interviews and such. I was hoping that anyone with experience there would be able to tell me the content of those other interviews and how long the hiring process is.

One thing to do is to have your resume handy and also have a reference page ready as well at least three references.

there is no real way to tell except go in and talk with the manager- they can be as quick as to hire you on the spot if they have some hours that need filling!
