How long does it take to beat pokemon leaf green?

I need to know because me and my friend are starting a new game

My first game took me around 48 hours or so to defeat Elite Four and finish the main plot before Sevii Islands.

My second game took me only 23 hours playtime to defeat Elite Four.

For Sevii Islands, you can easily finish it within 10-15 hours playtime if you have a strong team (lvl50-60)

It spent me 81hrs, but I EV trained all my guys (LONGGGGG!). Am I that strange?  But I didn't use a walkthrough.  And I tried to catch Mewtwo with Ultra balls so it took me AGESSSSSSSSSSS.
