How long does it take to charge the samsung tocco?

its my first time using a samsung and ive just opened the box. how long should i leave the phone to charge? will it tell me that its fully charged at some point? thanks

at first time you have to charge 4hrs(if it shows fully charge). after you can charge 2 hrs
