  1. I boil it for eight minutes exactly. It's also good grilled.

    Cheers

  3. Here's how I do it:

Put about an inch of water in the bottom of a large pot.

Put corn in (my pot holds 8 max)...you don't have to wait for water to start boiling, make sure lid is on right.

Steam until it smells like corn, usually about 10 minutes.

It's the best this way!  It doesn't take out the nutrients and taste like boiling does.

  4. 1.) Don't put the corn directly IN the water -- it'll leach out all the nutrients.  Put them in a vegetable steamer instead.

    2.) About 10 minutes.

  5. Approximately 5 minutes.  Do not add SALT.  If you wish you could add some white sugar which sweetens the corn.  Salt toughens the corn btw.

    blue

  6. I usually wait til the water boils then drop the corn in. I let it cook for about 3-4 minutes. Keeps it crisper, not over cooked.

  7. 10 minutes after water is boiling any longer and it gets waxy.

  8. ten minutes just make sure the water is boiling before you put the corn in

  9. 3 min per ear in the MICROWAVE

no corn is better as it heats only the juice in the kernal and it comes out excellent!!

  10. About 15 mintues.  Depends on how large the pot is and how much corn you add to it.  The less corn and the larger the pot.... the less time.

  11. 7 minutes

  12. About 5 mins if you want some crunch, 10 minutes if you want it soft.

Put about a tablespoon of sugar in the water, and it sweetens it up nicely!

  13. Microwave corn on the cob...several different recipes for you:
