Question:

How long does it take to do the splits?

i stretch each leg for about 30 minutes before going into the splits and hold it for about a minute or two every day and repeat this twice. i've been doing this for maybe 2 weeks. how much longer do you think it'll be til i get it all the way? also its a front split.

I know i really good way to do it its easy and fast 1 have a clock/timer to time u for 3 minns 2 put ur feet togther while staning up 3 reach as far down to your feet and hold it for 3 minns....if u do this once a day pretty soon u will be farther down in your splits ITS THAT EASY.....but u also need to strech rgegulaRLY or ur splits wont happen ALWAYS HAVE A WARM UP
