and it depends on the version of skype, your broadband speed that you subscribed with your Internet Service Provider for example http://www.singnet.com.sg and depends on how many PCs, TVs,PDAs,routers,handphones are hooked onto your modem, wired and wirelessly  and the number of ip addresses you have on you IP configuration sharing the broadband speed

Depends on the quality of your connection, but about ten minutes should do it.

However, using Skype over dialup will probably not work, as the connection would be too slow for any audio quality.
