Use www.mapquest.com . Look for the European directions links, or you'll be using the States version. I use it anytime I drive in Germany. But beware, if you are going soon. Road construction, FIFA World Cup,... those have both increased some driving times. And don't forget to buy a kinderegg at the Esso station! Candy and chocolate, good!

less than 3 hours. I've done it before and I recommend taking the train. Its quicker and less hassle.
