How long does it take to drive from San Diego to Napa Valley?

barring no traffic problems or anything like that approximately 8 hours.  But I would probably allow 8 - 10 hours.  it is pretty much all day drive of 520 miles with major traffic hot spots in LA and SF Bay Area.

You better figure closer to the 10 than to the 8. If you go middle of the night with very little traffic, then closer to 8. But allowing for the inevitable traffic delays and a couple rests stops, 10 hours.
