  1. Law school is typically three years. Part-time programs take longer, and you can finish in two and a half years if you load up on credits.


  2. My husband went 4 years undergrad and another 4 years of grad school in law in Wisconsin. He has practiced in Alaska for 32 years.  Alaska has similar laws to California.
