  1. We flew from LA to Frankfurt which was about 10-11hrs and then from Frankfurt (Germany) to Milan Italy it was only about an hour and a half-ish

  2. You can fly over the North pole and through London to Rome. Don't go through NY,. That takes "forever".

  3. a looooong d**n time... took me 8 hours to fly from rome to toronto and then 2 moooooooooore hours ...atleast i think. to get to halifax.. and we 's on the east coast... good luck hope there isnt a crying baby.....sucker ;)

  4. About 12 Hours

  5. From the east coast, usually around 8 hours, and like someone answered before me, it's hard to find good priced direct flights from California, so you'll usually be flying into NY or GA first. But all together should be around 13 hours. Takes a little more time on the way back.

  6. i did a very similar path from San Francisco to Frankfurt, then Frankfurt to Florence.  Leave around 3pm local time and get to Frankfurt around 10:00am local time the next day.  Then 1.5 - 2 hours depending on where in Italy.  It shouldnt take more than 13 hours depending on lay-over.  Remember, theres a 9 hour time difference.

  7. Quite a while!!

  8. I fly direct from Los Angeles to Rome, that flight takes 11 hours 30 minutes.  IF you catch a jet stream its like 11 hours.  Against it 12 hours.

    I flown it many times.

  9. depends on where in italy and it is usually not direct which adds 2 hours layover in NY...at minimum it is 14 hours (SF to Rome)

  10. I flew from Hawaii to Rome.....It took forever.....it was at least 15 hours not including lay overs...........
