I was just wondering how long it would take to fly from paris to london or vice versa

About an hour and a half.

Be careful which airport you use in London as some of them are very far from downtown.

If you are actually travelling from Paris, the Eurostar train would be easier and more comfortable.  It departs from Gare Nord and (currently) terminates at London Waterloo.  The longer journey time on the train is equivalent to flight time + airport formalities + land transport from airport to Central London.

It takes 45 minutes. In fact, it takes longer to get to the airport, check in, and go through customs, than the actual flight.

Don't fly- waste of money.  Take the Euro star, we went buisness class and it was totally worth it. its a great train and its really cool to go underwater.
