its about 2 and 2.30 hours  , but i think that you can find direct flights only in Ryanair  , almostly if you traveled by austrian airlines your transit will be in vienna , or you can try lufthansa or air berlin and your transit will be in munich or frankfurt almostly , you should know that graz is not a tourestic or industrial place , so no much flights to there , its city of students and i was studying there so you should check early for flights
