What kind of exercize and you work out 2 or 3 times a week??

  1. jog/run. Do it everyday for atleast 15-30 min. There are other cradio work outs but jogging/running is probably the simplest way  


  2. not long because your weight is light. but muscles are destroyed before being rebuild. so with your wight i'd say a minon of 1 month to 3 month depending on difficulty of work outs  

  3. well if your not "fat" then it will take 3 months.

    sit ups/crunches.

  4. if you want a six pack then every morning every night do situps. start with 50 and increase you amount as you get fitter.

    ur a girl so it will be harder for you than for a guy coz its that just how it is...i no how bad it that lol. but do try the situps.
