How long does it take to get a Certificate of Legal Capacity to Contract Marriage in the U.S. Embassy Manila?

You should get it the same day you apply for it unless things have changed.  There's a 10 day wait on the marriage license from the Philippine authorities.

i recently got mine in march & it didn't even take me 30 minutes. depends on how many people are filing for it.
