  1. It is almost immediatly.

http://cards.yoll.net - I personally use their card. Just filled forms on their website and got my card by mail in 3 days.

  2. Should only take a week or so, for you to receive it.

  3. once you reach the age of 18 and are LEGALLY responsible for what you sign, you should be able to get a DEBIT (or credit) card almost immediately--just mailing time. You can speed it up by GOING IN to your bank branch where you have the account and completing the paperwork on site.

  4. A debit card is similiar to the ATM card, only it has the visa/mastercard logo. Go back to the bank and request a debit card. It shouldn't take long, as you have money in their bank, and you already have the ATM card as you stated.

  5. They usually come within a week

  6. Standard wait time is 5-6 weeks.  Fill out a form, take it to the bank, they will fax it to the credit company, the credit company will do a background check on you to determine your risk factor, they will calculate what credit limit you can afford to have, approve it, print the card, and then finally mail it out.  Depending on how close you live to the processing centre that approves your card, mailing is not the long part of the wait, it's the background checks.  Good luck!

  7. No they should mail out a whole new card for you so it will be a debit card and an atm card. After you order it from your bank it will arrive within a week. Its pretty fast.
