Question:

How long does it take to get a travel visa from the time you apply?

It is for China. I know I have to buy my place tickets first and all that and I have my passport and all the proper documents such as letters from the school in China I will be going to. I'm just worried there could be hold-ups like there have been recently for passports. Does it take days? Weeks? Months?
