i'm new in birmingham uk and i want to know how long does it takes plus lessons and everything (from sending application) also im 18

How long is a bit of string? It depends how good you are at learning.

It can take you a month, or 5 years, its up to you.

Waiting for tests is a major hold up these days.And remember you have to take the theory test before you can sit the practical.
