  1. It depends on the country of your nationality but if you are in your native country, it shouldn't take longer than some business days. My parents got theirs in 2 or 3 days but you have to pay more for an expedited one. If you are not in your country of nationality and you have to apply through a consulate, it takes much longer as I know.
