  2. If u are married to a German citizen, 8 years.

    If u are on working visa in Germany, 10 years.

    If u are married to an EU citizen (apart from German), 10 years.

    If married to Brit, 4 years.

    if married to EU (excluding Brit), 9 years.

    If on work permit, 9 years.

    If on HSMP, 6 years.
