  1. I live in Onondaga county and it only took me 2 1/2 months. Realize that i took extra care filling out my paperwork and sent supporting documents to my proper cause page. Also the sooner your references respond the faster the investigation can start. What county are you in?

  3. I live in Oneida Co NYS and it took me 6months to get mine.

  4. Depends on what county you reside in. It will take anywhere between 6 to 9 months on average.
