  1. it's not 1 35 etc as the posters say, it's only 2 5mins to London from Manchester now!!!

    Rich, it doesn't take that long to drive there. The manchester train does very often go through Birmingham, I travel it enough. Birmingham is about half way to London so with your reckoning it's only 30 mins from Birmingham to London....I don't think so


  2. It IS 1 hour 35 minutes as the other posters say. Give or take a few minutes.

    What on earth has the travel time to London got to do with anything? The train from Manchester to London doesn't go anywhere near Birmingham!

  8. Depends on day, time, service and route but anytime between 1 and 2 hours depending very much on connections and which station in Manchester and which station in Birmingham you are travelling too.
