They're less than 2km apart. It's about a fifteen minute walk and most of it is going uphill.

But it does make the drunken stagger back to the apartment easier as that's mainly downhill...

Joking apart, don't make the journey on foot alone at night; there's been a number of sexual attacks in recent years. It's nothing to be overly scared of and most of the assaults are fairly minor, just use a bit more common-sense that you would at home, bearing in mind that it's unfamiliar territory, you'll be obviously a non-local resident and you probably don't speak Spanish.

It's about five Euros by taxi but ask the driver first. At night, especially if you're clearly drunk, they'll try to charge double or may even refuse to carry you if you look like you're going to puke in the car.
