Question:

How long does it take to get into moderately good shape?

I am in terrible shape.

i can't even jog a half mile without getting whiped!

i need to start running again, so i want to know about how long will it take for me to be able to run a mile-2 miles easily?

i used 2 b in excellent shape, but now it's all gone.

  2. a couple of months ( and sooner is a bonus), your breathing technique is very important so look up methods on the net and it will help u out alot and eat carbs so u have the energy

  3. start off just running or walking a half mile and then increase it as weeks go on or when you feel ready. after 3 weeks you loose all training but you will be able to get it back. good luck!

  4. good to see you are interested in health, I would say 4 t 6 weeks if you are dedicated

  5. It really depends on how much you weigh right now but I would say about 1-2 months to be able to get fit and feel potent while running/jogging.

    I felt the same thing as you last year and when I decided to shape up, it took me about 2 months to get fit and jog without getting tired too easily. Good luck!
