How long does it take to get off of medicaid?

I just recently canceled my daughters medicaid because now she is enrolled on private health insurance. The medicaid office confirmed that her medicaid is canceled, but how long does it usually take before her name gets out of the "computer system"?

her name will always be in the system but it will show dates of enrollment and date it ended.  In 30 years it will show in the system under her soc. sec. #
