I'm doing that right now.

I already have a colllege degree.

So I am in something called alternate certification at my local university.  I have to take 10 classes and student teach and then I will be certified in pre-K to 3rd grade.

These classes are all mostly offered in the evening (once a week for like 3 hours) and in the summertime.

With an Associates Degree, you can work in a daycare center or be an Assistant Teacher.  Most preschools require a Bachelor's (4 year) degree, and some may require special training from the school themselves.
