If you mean Niagara Fall's then It is a 400 mile trip so it will take you about six and a half hours.

Shuffle off to Buffalo by bus rather than by train (though you can take food with you on train), it's longer but the train does enter into Canada but is far from Niagara Falls on the U.S. side--you'll need to take a long cab ride. If you inquire at Amtrak, there may be a special excursion fare.

I drove it in about 6 hrs from West Chester, PA a couple years back.

You didn't specify method..

Driving, its about 7 hours plus stops and customs time, so figure 9-10 hours total.

Or you can fly about 2 hours to Buffalo and its about an hour from there.  (but you have to count airport wait time in there).

Finally, the train is about 10 hours because you have to change trains and it makes stops.
