Depends on how you plan on getting there. If you're flying, it'll take between 3 1/2 - 4 hours, depending on weather; If you're driving yourself, I would say at least 3 days. That would give you enough time for meals, bathroom stops, breaks to stretch your legs, and maybe even a night or two in a motel. If you decide to drive down on a Greyhound, that takes about 2 days, since you rarely stop (when you do, it's mainly just for 15-20 minute breaks and once to change busses in Winnipeg) and you drive straight through the night.
