  1. I don't need a green card, I am a natural born citizen. So I don't know how long it takes. Probably not long enough?

  2. The wait time for a sibling is VERY long...  over 5-7 years now I think.  The quickest way is to have the citizen apply for the parents first, and then have the parents apply for their child (the citizen's brother or sister).

If the children are under 21, they can apply as a family.

  3. 20 seconds until that

"OMG!!!! Illegalz !!!!111 Round'em them and gez 'em!!!"

    crowd show up.

  4. takes roughly a day from doing the study, and eventually getting your card

it roughly costs around $60 (aus)

and no it is an individual certificate and only you can get it

  5. The USA has enough foreigners with green cards, it doesn't need anymore.

  6. if your sibling sponsored you it really depends on the basis of petition. it could take a while though is a sibling is petitioning you.

when a parent gets a green card it doesn't mean that the children will get one too this means you also have to apply if you are 21 years of age or above.

  7. Recieving your green card takes from a few months to 2 years. When you get a green card, you are a resident. After 5 years, you become a citizen, which you can sponsor your children. So children won't get it yet.
