How long does it take to get your passport processed in mexico if you're in the USA..??

Question

im 16 and in the middle of an immigration process so i can become a resident...i do not have an up to date passport and our lawyer said i need my dad to sign some papers..the thing is..my dad is in mexico and im in the US...and i really need my passport...so i really dont know what to do...i want to know about how long it would take for me to get my passport because its urgent for me to get it...i need it before april of next year and i was wondering if that was possible...thanks :)

Are you trying to get a Mexican passport?  Mexico has consulates all over the United States, why not get your new passport from a Mexican consulate?
