  1. I'm white (racially speaking) but I tan really easily and I kind of wish I was a little lighter because when I spend a lot of time in the sun I turn orange. But you can just spend 30 min-1hour in direct sun a day without sunscreen. If you want extended periods of sun exposure, use a sunscreen with a low SPF like 8 or 10.

  2. you should use sunscreen to protect yourself from a burn.

being outside every day for at least an hour should be good.

i can't guarantee you will get a tan before school starts.

what i do is go into a tanning bed and use a bronzer once a week and my tan i noticeable each time.

what i would recommend for you is just being outside as much as possible. use a sunscreen on your face and everywhere you don't want too much sun, and reapply it every half hour.

    good luck!

  3. Instead Of Going Out Into The Sun And Getting Burnt, How About Use Like A Moisturiser That Gradually Builds Into A Tan?

It's Better For Your Skin And You'll STILL Get A Natural Looking Tan!

    Also .. You're Legs Will Be Softer/Smoother.

    Hope This Helped

  4. go sit outside and tan yourself. 1 hour a day, no sunscreen.

  5. ur a guy, no one cares what your legs look like, specially when people are doing other things in gym.

  6. You could be "all better" in a week if you wear flip flops instead of socks and shoes...layout for 30  minutes everyday for a week....maybe less depending on your skin.
