How long does it take to hear back from police for a DIC charge after bloods been taken?

the police took blood samples over a month ago these were also tested over a month ago and have come back as being 106 legal limit is 80 also breath test was 495 limit is 400. It has now been near two months since the incident and to date have heard nothing apart from receiving results of blood test which were actioned over a month ago.

I imagine DIC is akin to DUI, if so with the results back the officer will request the DMV to revoke your drivers license while the DA goes ahead on the criminal charges. You will hear from both the DA and DMV very soon.
