How long does it take to learn html?....?

And after i'm done learning html what should i learn next? I want to learn how to to create a website?

It all depends on what you want to do. you could simply learn som html tags and that might be enough for you. In that case it would take 30 minutes. But if you want to set something complicated (which is probobly the case) up you may want to just get a good understanding of html, figure out what you want to do, then study accordingly. As for your second language it completely depends on what you want to make.

well usually people start with HTML then CSS then JavaScript then PHP

U r learning at a very good website so just get the basics and not rush :)

Well learn all the HTMl you can, the more the better, Then learn CSS, CSS makes html editing so much easier. First thought make sure you can right a whole page of HTML with out any problem. Then learn CSS.
