  1. well its quit hard yes. First off go against a wall and learn what it feals like. Later learn how to flip your legs and hips strait up and how not to push too far or u'll fall backwards. It takes months to have a handstand for up to 10 seconds(slow count) just to keep that in mind.

  2. depends with each person and the amount of effort they put into it.

im a bboy (breakdancing) and i wanted to learn a Nike (1 handed handstand) extremely bad. so i put in about an hour a day a couple days a week to learning. within about 3 weeks i got it and another 2 weeks to get the Nike. however my friend didnt have as much enthusiasism as i did and it took him well over 3 months to get the handstand down.

  3. The length of time differs ffrom person to person, but considering that you have no experience, its definitely not gonna happen in a week. First it takes upper body strength (shoulders, arms, and abs too). Then it also takes an adjustment to being upside down and learning how to balance your weight. You can practice with someone by a wall. I know this wasn't part of the question, but just some things to help...you can have someone help you get your legs up and you can use the wall to support yourself, and you can use this to gauge your upper body strength to see if you can support yourself without the wall. If not, then try doing pikes and cartwheels or exercises to get your upper body strength up. Then once you're strong enough to support yourself in a handstand, do handstand push-ups by a wall to get some more strength. Then  try balancing on your own without the wall. Then you can try doing a handstand without a wall nearby. Once you have the whole balancing upside down on your hands thing down, then you can move on to moving your hands around to walk in a handstand. GOOD LUCK! Don't give up!

  4. i learned on my own but i was like 5. i just started leaning forward and and standing on my hands and then i started holding it. its reallly easy

  5. i cant walk around in a handstand and ive been doin dance and gymnastics since i was 4. Not possible for me, but maybe you can do it. theres no way to actually know, its different for everyone, haha just keep trying youll get it : )

  6. if you go to a gymnastics school not long I did one in about 5 weeks I stopped practicing gymnastics and started ballet and now I can't do them any more good luck
