How long does it take to learn touch typing ? how many hours per day did you practice?

i am seventeen and i have just started touch typing. most of you probably mastered it in primary school. do you remember how long you practiced?

That answer truely depends on what system you are using to learn touch typing.  If you are using an old system such as Mavis Beacon or any silly typing game online, you will take much longer and you will end up typing slower due to old/bad advice.
