Question:

How long does it take to loose weight being bulimic?

I have been trying to loose weight from walking and watching what i eat but its not wroking i have completly given up fast food and soda. But I still havent gotten any results and me my family and fiance are going to the beach in sept. I want to look good. So If i were to be belimic for a few weeks would I loose dome weight before my vaction i have a bout 3-4 weeks.please hlep thank you.

  1. Dont ever go bulimic it wont help anything except do what the person above says.

    The best thing to do and still remain healthy is to speed your metabolism up, try eating 6 small meals a day that way you will keep your metabolism going and as a result burn more fat. Eat small breakfast and then 5 other meals during the day, i do it and (not boasting) but im pretty ripped.

    If you dont eat or go bulimic your body will go into starvation mode and actually make your body more bloated and appear very fat. So dont do it, do the above trust me :)


  2. Honey, don't go down this road. I am telling you now. DON'T! I believed the lies, and now I'm anorexic. It is HORRIBLE. It is a mind prison.

    If you want to lose weight the healthy way, please start an exercise routine or go on a diet recommended by a nutritionist. YOU: On a diet is a great place to start. My parents did this and it completely changed the way they ate, so that they made healthy food choices. I don't know how much weight you'll  lose, but it won't look pretty. Just please, don't do it!

  3. That is definitely a path you do not want to go down. That amount of problems that can cause is not worth it. There's no such thing as doing it for a few weeks. Once you start with stuff like that it becomes very hard to get out of it again.

    Walking is good, but it doesn't really burn many calories. See if you can get in 30 minutes of aerobic activity 3 or 4 times a week.

    Try to cut out carbs except for some once a day. And then not a lot of carb, just a little. Then I would leave one day a week to eat more normally. That's how I do it when I want to lose 10 - 15 pounds. Eat some fruit, or drink juice in the morning. Vitamin C help the body burn fat for energy.  

  4. bulimia and anorexia can cause ceasures due to lack of nutrition the body has.  bulimia can cause your throat lining to burn away from your acidic vomit causing irritation or throat cancer.

    - snack only on fruits,vegetables and drink water.

    - make sure you eat small meals often that include balance of protein and carbs.  eating smaller and often keeps your stomach and metabolism burning causing you to actually loose weight.

    - ride the bike or jog in the morning and at night.

    - drink plenty of water, and healthy proteins and carbs

    - get plenty of sleep.

    1. if your too skinny guys think thats gross, unless they have the same problems, guys want healthy women, if you make an effort to workout then you'll look fine in 3-4 weeks.
