How long does it take to lose committed users, Yahoo?

Obviously, my.yahoo.com is not working now and has been failing for extended periods over the past week or so - judging from the other posts.

Are you trying to kill customer loyalty?

I sort of forgave your silly insistence that we try your non-working email beta, but that coupled with non-performance of the home page?? Wow!

Anyone remember excite.com? I had that home page for several years. Wonder which one I should go to now?

The best answer is to make Google your new homepage.  I still like Yahoo mail better than Google mail, but My Yahoo goes down way too much.  Google has never gone down, that I am aware of.  Google is rock solid....
