How long does it take to make a new visa?

i don't have an american passport, but i have a europian one. but i need to get a visa so i could visit the U.S, how long does it take if i live in israel? and how much does it cost?

Anyone traveling on an Israeli passport needs a visa to enter the United States. However, if you instead hold a European passport, it is possible that you may travel to the US without a visa on the Visa Waiver program (VWP).
