How long does it take to procees a claim with home owners insurance through state farm ?

The adjuster did not work Sat - Sun.  Depending on when the mail man picked it up and how far it has to go, it's entirely possible they have not even received the paperwork.

Then the adjuster has to process it.

Give it 2 weeks. Then follow up.
