If your on a low calorie diet and you start eating fatty foods how long would it take to put the weight on?

  1. Quicker than you might think!

    For example if you have been on a low calorie diet for an extended period of time and then gorged on high caloric, fatty foods, your body would hold onto that weight in a matter of days.  As it is not used to that high intake of calories.

    Weight that is quickly lost, is quickly gained back.
