I donated a pint yesterday and today had no extra oomph when running and exercising. My times and numbers were way off.

  1. It takes only hours for your blood to replace itself, But this all relies on your fitness and peak of health. Its best to relax during a small period of time after donation.

  2. I was told that your body will replace the lost blood in a matter of hours. But everyone is different. Some of your feelings might be psychological and that's OK too.

Maybe don't run for a day or so after donating.

  3. depending on your cell's reproduction rate it can take from a matter of hours to abut 5days at maximum i'd say if everything's not better in the next week consult a doctor just to be safe however it might just be that you take longer then others but id see a dr after a week o be safe. Also try not to do too much exercise for the next couple days drink lots of water and rest then get back into your routine and you should be better

  4. It takes only seconds for me.

  5. Count Dracula sleeps all day

  6. it depend on how strong you are i donated last week and it toke me about three days

i donated when i was hungry and i went crazy like i wana die but they start puting could water on my head and they let me smell something that helped me

dont donate when you r hungry

  7. two days. Theres a lot of myths and stuff... but two days and you will be in your prime again
